JKP Bond cleaning services is happy to accept both cash and bank transfers for payments. It is our policy to receive the payments before the cleaning begins – thus it is important for our customers to schedule a payment date.
When paying in cash, we are to meet our customers on the day of the cleaning, just before the cleaning commences.
When paying by bank transfer, customers should pay a few days prior to services, ensuring that the funds are transferred as we will not start cleaning until they are confirmed. This may seem tedious, but we have experienced some upsetting situations with our previous customers over delayed or non-existent payments– so please bear with us.
Also if the premise is too far from the Brisbane CBD area, we may need to charge extra travelling costs, so please bear that in mind.
JKP cleaning guarantees 100% with all services provided – All of our services come with a 5 “Business day” service guarantee in line with your property manager’s obligations under the act to complete your exit condition report within this time period. Your property manager or you not be 100% satisfied with the level of cleanliness at the property our cleaners will re-attend FREE OF CHARGE in 36hours once we receive a written e-mail to check which services were unsatisfactory and schedule the right time to touch up. E-mail is strongly preferred as it allows us to make sure everything is taken care of without any human errors. When requesting for such rectification, it is beneficial and efficient for our staff if there is a list of jobs that need fixing. If the customers are still not pleased with the results after the rectification, we will refund their money of the parts that are unsatisfactory or we will go back right away to fix them up, again.
In relation to carpet cleaning, JKP Bond cleaning will try our best to remove all stains; however, we cannot guarantee to remove permanent stains. We may fade out some stains but we will not take responsibility regarding that issue.
